Fees, explained
Each home pays two items on a single statement: the community fee (security, roads, clubhouse and shared green areas) and its condominium fee (the gated street’s or tower’s own areas).

Due on the 10th
Pay between the 1st and 10th of each month. Paying the full year in January gives you a 5% discount.
Pay your way
Card, SPEI transfer with reference or cash at OXXO from the app. Your receipt arrives instantly.
Late fees per the rules
Late fees and fines are only applied as set out in the rules approved by the meeting, and always appear on your statement.

Every resident can check in the app, in real time:
- Monthly income and collections
- Expenses with their receipts
- Bank balance and reserve fund
- Budget versus actual
- Arrears rate (no personal data)
