A community designed for living together
Los Encinos was designed around 380 original oak trees on the site. Today its 164 homes are spread across four condominiums —two gated streets of houses, a two-tower condominium and a mixed one— sharing a gatehouse, footpaths, green areas and a full clubhouse.

A 24/7 main gatehouse, a separate service entrance, patrol rounds with checkpoints and a panic button in the app. Your visitors get in with a QR code you create.
