Nine and a half hectares in northern Querétaro, four condominiums and a central clubhouse, all connected by footpaths under the oaks.
Our story
A project that respected the woodland
The Los Encinos land was a Bajío oak woodland. The master plan was drawn to keep 380 original trees: streets wind around the oak groves and the clubhouse was built in the central clearing, where the pool is today.
The first families moved into Privada Roble; Privada Fresno, the Torres Mirador and finally Privada Cedro followed. Since 2024 management has been digital: notices, fees, bookings, visitors and meetings are handled in the resident app.
