Gatehouse 24/7
Guards on 12-hour shifts, a supervisor per shift and a digital log of every entry and exit.
QR access control
Residents use a QR code or vehicle tag; visitors get a one-time QR that expires at the set time.
Patrols with checkpoints
Rounds every 2 hours through 12 checkpoints on the perimeter and streets, logged in the guard app.
CCTV
Cameras at the entrances, roads and clubhouse, monitored from the gatehouse.
Press and hold the SOS button: the gatehouse receives the alert with your home and location, and the supervisor calls you right away. In a major emergency, also call 911.
Visitors
How to register your visitors
Your guests get in faster and the gatehouse knows exactly who you are expecting.
- Pre-register
In the app, “Invite”: name, date and time.
- Share the QR
Send it by WhatsApp or email.
- At the gate
The guard scans it and checks ID.
- You are notified
You get a notification when they enter.
- Exit logged
It stays in the tamper-proof log.
Unregistered visitors
The gatehouse calls you or sends a request to the app so you can approve or decline entry in seconds.
Frequent visitors
For relatives or household staff, create a recurring pass with allowed days and hours.
Service providers and parcels
Clear rules for those who come to work
- Service entrance: Monday to Saturday 8:00–18:00, through the east side street.
- Prior registration: residents register the provider in the app; the gatehouse checks official ID.
- Works and moves: require a management permit at least 3 business days ahead.
- Parcels: received at the gatehouse with a photo; you get a notice and pick it up with your QR.
- Food delivery: deliver to the gatehouse or, if you authorise them in the app, to your door.
Our commitment
Security for everyone
Access to your home is never conditional on fees: the gatehouse only sees whether there is a pending notice for the management office. The full access log is recorded and cannot be altered.
