This website and online ordering are operated by LaChimeltx, 1705 E. Del Mar Blvd., Suite 114, Laredo, TX 78041. By using them, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
Online ordering
Orders are placed with the restaurant you select. Each restaurant confirms orders according to its hours and capacity; during very busy periods a restaurant may pause online ordering temporarily.
Scheduled orders
You can schedule pickup or delivery for a later time within the restaurant’s opening hours. Times shown are estimates; we do our best to have your order ready on time.
Prices and taxes
Menu prices are in U.S. dollars. Texas sales tax (8.25% in Laredo) is added at checkout. The final total, including any tip, is confirmed on the checkout page before you place your order.
Payment
You can pay by card online, at pickup, or with cash on delivery where available. Card details are validated securely and never stored on our servers.
Changes and cancellations
Because we start making your drinks and treats right away, changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible by writing to lachimelaredo@gmail.com or messaging us on Facebook. Once an order is being prepared we may not be able to cancel it.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our drinks and treats may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, soy, gluten, eggs and other allergens. Please tell us about allergies in your order notes or ask our team before ordering. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.
Beary Club
Beary Club points, rewards and tier benefits have no cash value, are not transferable and may be updated from time to time. Rewards are redeemed with a qualifying purchase.
Delivery
Delivery is available within each restaurant’s delivery area and may require a minimum order. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so our driver can reach you.
Use of the website
Please don’t misuse the website, submit false orders or attempt to interfere with its operation. Photos are for illustration; actual dishes may vary slightly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
