This policy explains what information LaChimeltx (1705 E. Del Mar Blvd., Suite 114, Laredo, TX 78041) collects when you visit our website, order online or join the Beary Club, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email (optional for pickup), the items you order, your pickup or delivery time and, for delivery, your address and instructions. When you contact us or request catering we collect the details you type in the form.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your order, send order updates, answer your questions, manage your Beary Club points and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Card numbers are never stored on our servers. When you pay by card online, we only keep the card brand and the last 4 digits for your receipt. You can also choose to pay at pickup or with cash on delivery.
Cookies and local storage
We use a few essential cookies: rst_lang remembers your language, rst_branch remembers your preferred restaurant, and a session cookie keeps you signed in to your account. Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it’s there when you come back. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Location
If you tap “Use my location”, your browser shares your approximate position only to sort restaurants by distance or estimate delivery. It stays in your browser and is not saved to your profile.
Sharing
We share information only with the restaurant preparing your order, delivery partners when you choose delivery, and service providers that help us run the website, always under confidentiality obligations — or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from marketing messages, at any time by writing to lachimelaredo@gmail.com.
Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
